Embracing New Healthy Habits in 2020
We all know that 2020 has had it's ups and downs. Can we keep it real with you? 2020 has had us over at Oyegini embracing new and healthier habits. We are incorporating therapy from a real life therapist, attending weekly mindfulness meditation group, and eating much cleaner. These are only a few of the things that we were able to invest into in 2020.
These new healthy habits don't have to be drastic. They can be whatever you want them to be. Here are a few quick tips on how to select your new healthy habits:
- Will it teach you to love yourself more?
- Can it provide you with the necessary tools to thrive?
- Can you teach others?
- Does it make think about the future, while still remaining present?
Don't fret if you can't answer these questions right away. Remember no habit is worth forming without a little patience.
