Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll handle that for you.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. Due to our products being made-to-order we are unable to accept returns. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to check up on your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?
If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. This will also be repeated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. If 5 days has elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I'm Vegan. Are your products vegan?
Yes, all but the Oyegini Elderberry Boost Syrup due to containing honey as the preservative.
